Eco-Friendly Rakhi Making Competition
Our school recently hosted an Eco-Friendly Rakhi Making Competition to celebrate Raksha Bandhan while promoting environmental consciousness. This event aimed to encourage students to create rakhis using sustainable materials, fostering creativity and awareness about eco-friendly practices.
All students of class 6 to 12 participated in it.
The competition saw enthusiastic participation from students across various grades. Each participant was provided with a set of eco-friendly materials, including:
- Recycled paper
- Natural dyes
- Jute threads
- Biodegradable glues
Students showcased their creativity by designing unique and beautiful rakhis. Each rakhi was a testament to the participants' ingenuity, combining aesthetics with environmental friendliness.
