Criteria for Promotions

1. The promotion of students to the next higher class depends on the entire session’s performance.
2. Pass percentage in each subject is a minimum of 40%.
3. Student who fails to secure promotion on two consecutive years must be withdrawn from the school.
4. A student failing in one or two subjects may be granted promotion provided that –

  • a. Passed in English.
  • b. At least 33% marks in each failed subject
  • c. C grade in Drawing, Work experience, SUPW, Physical & Health education
  • d. 90% attendances stipulated for promotion.
