On the 26th of August, 2023, Cynthia Senior Secondary School in Haldwani orchestrated a Rakhi Making and Celebration program, orchestrated by the enthusiastic members of the Interact Club. Going beyond the surface rituals, the event aimed to delve into the intrinsic values this timeless festival signifies. Members of the Interact Club undertook the creative task of crafting rakhis, employing an array of materials such as decorative threads, stars, mirrors, pearls, and flowers. Their artistic endeavor not only showcased their talents but also symbolized the vibrant threads that weave the extraordinary sibling relationship. In a heartwarming twist, the celebration took the Interact Club members to Mukhani Police Station. A gesture brimming with gratitude and recognition unfolded as rakhis were tied to police officers, including the esteemed Mr. Ramesh Singh Bohra, Station Officer in the police department. Their rakhis served as tokens of appreciation for their unwavering service to society. This act of unity bridged the gap between the community and law enforcement, emphasizing the essence of protection and responsibility ingrained in the sibling dynamic.
