Cynthia Sr. Sec. School celebrated Janmashtami with great joy, enthusiasm and devotion on the school campus today. The celebration beautifully brought alive the divine charm of Lord Krishna and Radha, while introducing our young learners to the cultural and spiritual significance of this auspicious festival. The students of Classes Nursery, LKG, UKG, I and II added a special sparkle to the occasion by coming dressed as Radha and Krishna. The little Krishnas looked adorable carrying their flutes, while the little Radhas, dressed in colourful traditional attire, beautifully reflected the grace and elegance associated with the festival. Through this celebration, the children learnt about the birth of Lord Krishna, his teachings, and the values of love, kindness, compassion, righteousness and devotion.
