Cynthia Senior Secondary School, Haldwani, organised the INSPIRE-MANAK School-Level Felicitation Ceremony 2026 during the morning assembly to recognise and appreciate five promising young innovators whose innovative ideas were selected at the school level and forwarded for consideration at the district level under the INSPIRE-MANAK scheme.

The INSPIRE-MANAK scheme encourages school students to develop a spirit of creativity and innovation by identifying problems around them and thinking of practical solutions that can contribute to society.

The ceremony was conducted in the presence of the respected Principal, Dr. Pravindra Kumar Rautela, along with, S.C. Mishra Sir, teachers and students of the school.

The five selected students were felicitated with certificates and medals in recognition of their innovative ideas and efforts.

The students and their innovative ideas were:

- Aditya Pathak (Class VII) — Medical Drone Supplier

- Rudraksh Singh Risht (Class VIII) — Smart and Sustainable Urban Flood Management

- Namrata Joshi (Class IX) — Smart and Sustainable Solution for Telecom Tower

- Gaurav Singh (Class XI) — A Standalone GPS-GSM Emergency Location and Alert System

- Takshita Suyal (Class XI) — The Road That Harvests Rainwater

The ceremony was coordinated by Ravindra Suntha, (INSPIRE-MANAK In-charge), and Pushpa Upreti ma'am who has been guiding and coordinating the INSPIRE-MANAK activities at the school level.

The programme concluded with appreciation for all five young innovators and an encouraging message for the students to continue observing, questioning, creating and innovating for a better future.
