A meaningful and enriching seminar was conducted for the students of Class XII in the School Auditorium today at Cynthia School, Haldwani, under the guidance of our respected Principal Sir, Dr. Pravindra Kumar Rautela. Unlike conventional academic sessions, the seminar focused on essential life skills, effective communication, mutual understanding, and strengthening the bond between teachers and students. Through an engaging and interactive session, Principal Sir encouraged students to express their thoughts freely, share their perspectives, and discuss the challenges they encounter in their daily lives. He emphasised the importance of open communication, mutual respect, self-confidence, emotional intelligence, discipline, and responsible decision-making in shaping a successful and balanced life. The session also highlighted that teachers are not merely guides in academics but also mentors who play a vital role in students’ personal growth and character development. Students were encouraged to approach their teachers without hesitation, communicate their concerns honestly, and develop a positive attitude towards life.
